Breathing shoes essay

Finally My journey ended with a girl named Quinn who lived in the desert and used what was left of me as sandals. She had fallen into the sand and I was lost forever, closing my eyes for the last time. I have multiple eyes, my eyes are the circles framed with metal that shoe laces are strung through.

The schedule was: slip on shoes, eat breakfast, ride in mother’s car to school, learn about math, recess, learn about English, lunch, and finally learn about Science, read a book, and go home. The schedule was fairly simple and every 5 days the schedule changes and I often don’t get put on.

For example, the standard storyline of the sports injury essay is that you got hurt, were upset you couldn’t participate, but then worked hard and overcame that injury. Instead, you could write about how you got injured, and used that time off to develop a new interest, such as coding.

Unfortunately, it was used by Budd Coates (author of Running on Air) to prove that an even breathing pattern leads to runners always breathing out when the same foot hits the ground. This leads to always stressing the same side of the body, resulting in a higher injury risk.
