Essay on Health: Health was earlier said to be the ability of the body functioning well. However, as time evolved, the definition of health also evolved. It cannot be stressed enough that health is the primary thing after which everything else follows. When you maintain good health, everything else falls into place.

First, the client needs to choose an area of focus. In this case, the client wants to focus on prosperity with the express goal of achieving success in her career. Therefore, prior to starting the guided visualization, I would have the client speak or write down the overall goals.

In the face of these discouraging statistics, primary care must take on a new task: working with patients to ensure that they understand, agree with and participate in the management of their chronic conditions.
